Agreement
By using isletmedia.com or any Islet Media service, you agree to these terms. The service provider is Islet Lead Partners.
Services
Islet Media designs and operates tailored lead-generation solutions for clients. The specifics of any engagement — including scope, duration, pricing, and exclusivity — are set in each client agreement, not here.
Pricing
Pricing is performance-based by default — clients pay when Islet delivers paying customers. Exact terms are individualized in the client agreement.
Account
If you create a portal account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Islet may suspend accounts for abuse or non-payment.
Acceptable Use
No reverse engineering, scraping, reselling leads, or interfering with the service. No illegal or harmful content.
Lead Ownership
Leads delivered to a client are the client's exclusively. Islet does not resell or share client leads.
Intellectual Property
Islet's site, brand, and underlying technology remain Islet's. Content a client submits to Islet — such as business information and inquiries — remains the client's.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". Islet makes no guarantee of specific lead volume, conversion rates, or revenue.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Islet's liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Indemnity
Client indemnifies Islet against claims arising from the client's use of leads in violation of applicable law.
Termination
Either party may terminate per the client agreement. These terms survive termination where relevant (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability).
Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
Islet may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance of the revised terms.
